Commissioners Discuss Roads - Northern Plains Independent

The Roosevelt County Commissioners approved to have a pavement condition index survey conducted on the McCabe highway during their meeting on Tuesday, May 20. The survey indicates the general condition of a pavement section. Cost for the survey is $9,470. The road has seen a good amount of wear and tear due to increased oil activity along with heavier farm equipment. John Bach of Interstate
