Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police say they have made arrests in two different shooting investigations. Investigators say Marion Oates, 42 is charged with Murder after a man was found deceased inside a home on Randall Ave. on August 2nd. The Coroner’s office identified the victim as Edward Willis, 50.
