Colorado Community College leader, former Lt. Gov Joe Garcia to retire

Joe Garcia, chancellor of the Colorado Community College System, announced he will retire at the end of June. He has led the college system since 2018 and previously served as Lt. governor to former Governor John Hickenlooper from 2011 to 2016 and president of Colorado State University-Pueblo from 2006 to 2010.
