Officers with the Barrie Police Service responded to a crash involving a pedestrian on Bayfield Street this afternoon. Jennett Mays, a communication official with the Barrie police, told Barrie 360 they were called at noon about the collision. "One person was taken to a local hospital," she wrote in an email.
