Collision in Greer leaves one dead: coroner

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - One person was pronounced dead after a collision at an intersection in Greer. The wreck happened on Highway 101 and Verne Smith Parkway, on Friday. The Spartanburg Coroner's Office identified the victim as 57-year-old Jim Puckett, of Greenville.
