College softball: Warriors bow out of region tourney

WAITE PARK — The Ridgewater softball team’s season came to an end after going 0-2 in the Region 13B tournament Thursday at River’s Edge Park. The third-seeded Warriors opened with a 6-1 loss to No. 2 North Dakota State College of Science. In the losers’ bracket, Ridgewater lost 16-7 to No. 4 Minnesota North-Rainy River.
