On Saturday at 2:16 p.m. EST the National Weather Service issued a cold weather advisory valid for Sunday between 1 a.m. EST and 9 a.m. EST for Branch and Hillsdale counties.The weather service comments, "Very cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero expected."
