The Institute of Meteorology of Cuba reported that the cold front will continue to advance east for the rest of the Cuban territory arriving in the coming hours east of the country.

The Havana coast today records moderate to strong sea penetrations, as a result of the eighth cold front of the current winter season. The north-west winds, with gusts higher than 80 km/h, have generated waves of up to 4 meters, causing the overflow of the Malecon wall and the accumulation of water in the low zones.
