Person killed after struck by MBTA commuter rail train heading for Boston
A person died after they were struck and killed by an MBTA commuter rail train in Cohasset on Wednesday, the Cohasset Police Department said. At around 9:35 a.m., MBTA commuter rail operations notified Cohasset police that a person was struck by a Greenbush Commuter Line train commuting from Scituate to Boston, police said in a statement. The incident happened between the Sohier Street crossing and the Rocky Lane bridge.
