Coalition urges halt to new ramp fee ordinances

The Coalition for the Decentralization of the State urged the councilors of the National District to stop the approval of ordinances to collect taxes on ramps and called for compliance with ruling 0535-20 of the Constitutional Court, which declares the collection of this tax unconstitutional.
