BRS MLC Dasoju Shravan has accused CM Revanth Reddy of speaking in the language of street urchins in Sircilla and acting like a psycho. He said that Sircilla had become a slum during the Congress rule from 2004 to 2014, but the Chief Minister said that it was wicked to blame KCR for the rule.
