Clovis Hit-and-Run Victim Dies After DUI Collision

The victim of a DUI-related hit-and-run collision that occurred Thursday has died at a hospital, authorities said. The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Johnny Raygoza, 41, of Fresno.
