Clarkston SCAMP celebrating 50 years
An educational program unique to Clarkston is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. SCAMP is a five-week summer program designed for people ages 3 and up with special needs. It was founded in 1985 by Bob Brumback, a special education teacher in the district.
