The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has warned this Thursday that the calculation of holidays and allowances must also take account of secondary jobs in the case of workers who accumulate different contracts with the same employer, because the right to paid annual leave is a "fundamental principle" of EU social law on which no exception can be made.
