Civil Service Instead of Military: Is the Conscience Check Coming Back?

In order to attract more men to military service, the military society again demands the examination of conscience.

The Federation of Military Societies calls for the reintroduction of the examination of conscience. A committee is to determine whether the military is in fact incompatible with the conscience of a conscript.
