City of Kenova recognizes community service efforts at Virginia Point Park

KENOVA — Several people were recently recognized at a Kenova City Council meeting for their efforts to help enhance Virginia Point Park. At the council's regular meeting on Thursday, Nov. 20, Kenova Mayor Tim Bias, who spoke a bit about honorees, read proclamations aloud recognizing and honoring Greg and Julie Adkins and their grandson Weston Adkins; Noah Lowe Jr.; and Jarad McCagg for the work they all did at Virginia Point Park.
