ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — The City of Altoona is discussing plans for what to do with a building that was formerly leased to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The 5.6-acre property on E. Chestnut Ave. was initially used to store equipment and test firearms.
