Re “Rollout of city trash service pressing forward” (Oct. 19): I own a house in the city. At my tenant’s request, I ordered the least expensive bundle of trash bins. When I received my property tax bill for that property, I was charged for the largest size trash bins, $120 more than stated on the city’s website for what I ordered.
