CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- The newest member of Charlotte City Council is slated to take his oath of office Tuesday.  Council members selected Edwin Peacock III to fill the District 6 seat left open by last month's resignation of Tariq Bokhari.
