City approves rezoning for proposed public marina on Runyon Creek

By LINDSEY ALLEN For Washington Daily News A proposed marina in Washington will give boaters a new spot to dock in town.  At their regular meeting on Monday, Oct. 13, Washington city council unanimously approved a rezoning request that will allow for a small, public marina where E.
