The Superior Court of Justice (STJ) of Chubut declared on Thursday the absolute nullity of the sentence that had ordered the dismissal of the criminal judge of Comodoro Rivadavia, Mariel Suárez, for having kissed a prisoner - whom she herself had tried for the murder of her nine-month-old son - during a visit.
