CHSAA Legislative Council approves 2A football playoff expansion, adds state dual wrestling tourney
More teams in 2A football will have the opportunity to compete for a championship. During its meeting at the DCSD Campus on Tuesday, the Legislative Council voted 69-2 to move the 2A football state playoffs from 16 teams up to 24 starting in the 2026 cycle.
