The theatre of the conflict in northern Mali is not very active in recent weeks. Hostilities on the part of the rebel and jihadist armed groups are limited to remote attacks on military supply convoys. On the routes taken by the latter, Malian soldiers and their Russian allies continue to commit abuses against civilians. It is a deaf war. As if none of the belligerents wanted to reopen the hostilities.
