Jameel Motors and GAC JV to introduce new EVs
Jameel Motors has signed a joint venture agreement with GAC, one of China’s major automakers, to distribute its EVs in the UK. This is the first time Jameel Motors will represent a passenger vehicle brand in the market. Two all-electric models from GAC AION will be available: the AION V, a C-segment SUV, and the AION UT, a B-segment hatchback. First customer deliveries will commence at the end of Q1 2026.
