China Oct oil refinery runs slow from previous month as margins narrow

Summary by Ground News
Total refinery throughput in the world's second-largest oil consumer was 63.93 million metric tons. That was equivalent to 15.05 million barrels per day (bpd), a slight slowdown on September's record 15.48 million bpd. Run rates were, however, 9.1 per cent higher than last October, when widespread pandemic restrictions suppressed transport fuel consumption. China's factory activity unexpectedly contracted in October, while the non-manufacturing PMI also indicated a slowdown.
