- On Oct. 3, 2025, Chicago Ald. Jessie Fuentes was handcuffed inside Humboldt Park Health emergency room and later released with a warning she would be arrested if she returned.
- Called by hospital staff, Fuentes went to Humboldt Park Health on Oct. 3 and asked ICE agents if they had a signed judicial warrant for the detained man with Temporary Protected Status.
