CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Chesterfield County Fire and EMS will be partnering with Chesterfield Public Library to help teach people how to perform hands-only CPR next Monday. Interested participants can head to the Meadowdale Library, located at 4301 Meadowdale Blvd, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 17.
