A Chelsea woman was killed Thursday morning in a Rogers County two-vehicle wreck. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says just after 10:30 a.m., 60-year-old Francis Altman pulled out of a private drive and into oncoming traffic on Highway 28, three miles south of Chelsea.
