- Boehly will vacate his role as chairman, a position he held since 2022. "It has been an honour to serve as Chairman of Chelsea Football Club," he said.
- With Clearlake now in full control, Chelsea confirmed there will be no changes to day-to-day operations or strategy. The situation may soon accelerate, marking a new chapter for the English Premier League club.
