Detectives are investigating the death of a 4-year-old boy who became unresponsive in a private pool Thursday afternoon, the Cheektowaga Police Department reported.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A 4-year-old child died Thursday after being found unresponsive, Cheektowaga Police announced. Cheektowaga Police said "preliminary reports indicated the child had been unresponsive in a private pool."
