Charles R. “Bob” Finnegan, 77, of Dillsboro passed away peacefully at his home with his loving family by his side on Friday, August 1, 2025. Bob was born on Sunday, May 16, 1948, in Hanover; son of Thomas and Mary (Manaugh) Finnegan. Bob married the love of his life, Mary Jo (Ashland) Finnegan, in 1969, and she survives him. Bob was a member of the Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Dillsboro and was a previous member of the Dillsboro Volunteer Fire
