Charges filed against a man in his sixties for alleged lewd acts against a minor and attempted murder

The Aguadilla Prosecutor's Office, in conjunction with the Sexual Crimes and Child Abuse Division of the Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC), filed criminal charges this afternoon against Juan B. Cruz Tavera, 67 years old and resident of San Sebastián, for the crimes of sexual assault, attempted murder and violations of Law 246 for the Safety, Welfare and Protection of Minors.
