In 1894, a congregation was started in the red brick church at Fifth and Chestnut. Many years later, this small family of Christian followers would become Faith Church. In 1953, a groundbreaking ceremony was held as new construction began at 230 Williams Place in Charmony. A cornerstone laying service was held on April 25 and dedication was set for July 18, 1954.
