Chagoury Group Pushes Forward with Lagos Mega-project Amid Economic Optimism

Both Hilton hotels are expected to be operational at Lagos Marina by 2026. In November 2022, Mercan Properties Group and Hilton signed an agreement to operate two new hotels next to Lagos Marina, which were scheduled to open in summer 2024. However, construction was delayed by two years and only began in November of that year. Both hotels were designed by architecture firm Broadway Malyan for Mercan Properties.
