CESPT strengthens dialogue with the community of Rosarito and announces improvements in health infrastructure - Diario Tijuana

TIJUANA, MAY 14, 2025.- As part of a policy of rapprochement with the different social sectors of the community, the director general of the State Public Services Commission of Tijuana (CESPT), Jesús García Castro, held a meeting with merchants, restaurant owners and residents of Playas de Rosarito, in order to listen first hand to their concerns, strengthen citizen dialogue and advance in joint solutions that improve the quality of service.
