COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Gov. Mike Parson has appointed a Centralia lawyer to take the seat of an outgoing Boone County family law judge. Jayne A. Pearman will take over the associate circuit judgeship currently held by Stephanie Morrell, who was elected circuit judge last month.
