Censorship of Content Accused of Terrorism on the Internet Challenged Before the Council of State

A European coalition of associations filed an appeal against the application in France of a European regulation allowing an administrative authority to order the withdrawal within one hour of content which it considers terrorist and to impose preventive measures on hosting companies.
