The prosecutor's office has appealed against the regulations of the largest necropolis in Radom. In a similar case, the court in Olsztyn ruled that the fees for the right to a grave are inconsistent with the regulations. "If the court finds that it is inconsistent with the regulations, it will overturn the entire system in Poland," says one of the councilors.
