Celebrate Samaritan Day in Oaxaca · Global Voices

This Friday, the City of Oaxaca celebrated the Day of the Samaritan, as part of the fourth Friday of Lent. Hundreds of people crowded the Tourist walker, where the stalls were installed, where fresh water and snow are given away.
