CAZENOVIA — Earlier this year, Cazenovia Girl Scouts in the Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways council partnered with the Cazenovia Public Library & Museum (CPL) and the Farmstead 1868 lavender farm to bring a special Winter Fest service project to fruition.
