Cayey community fears expropriation of their homes

Although Mayor Rolando Ortiz Velázquez assured that the municipality of Cayey will not expropriate inhabited homes in the Carrasquillo neighborhood, residents of the area expressed concern about the possibility of "history repeating itself" and being forced to leave their homes.
