Catch and release: Colorado Springs Utilities, Parks and Wildlife move over 1,000 fish from Mason Reservoir
Over the last two weeks, Colorado Parks and Wildlife has worked to salvage as many cutthroat trout and other fish from Mason Reservoir as possible while Colorado Springs Utilities slowly drains it for repairs starting in July.
The Zoggler reservoir above St. Walburg is currently being emptied in order to be able to repair the site where water has been leaking since 13 May (STOL reported). There are numerous fish in the Zoggler reservoir that would end in the course of emptying.
