ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested David Rivera-Montes, 18, for delivering cannabis during a traffic stop, according to court records. Castle Hayne man faces drug charges after traffic stop

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A New Hanover County man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop Tuesday night.
