Cases of hare fever in the Freising district: How to prevent transmission to humans and pets

In the district of Freising, two cases of tularemia, also called hare fever, have already been reported.

In the Junglinster area a case of hare fever (tularemia) was apparently confirmed. The hunting federation warns against contact with wild cadavers. Also for humans the pathogen can become dangerous.
