BEAUFORT — Following an undercover investigation into the distribution of Methamphetamine in the Carteret County area, Kevin W. Hammond, 45, Amery L. Smith, 32, and Phylicia Brimmer, 38, were arrested and charged with numerous drug-related offenses.
