'Carrying on' Chestertown law officers and partners run for a good cause

CHESTERTOWN — The Torch Run is the largest public awareness vehicle and grassroots fundraiser for the Special Olympics. Participating law enforcement members are called Guardians of the Flame, and annually more than 100,000 officers carry the “flame of hope.”
