Carroll County Public Schools to seek waiver from Blueprint from Maryland’s Future

Carroll County Public Schools will seek a waiver from some of the requirements outlined in the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future, Superintendent Cynthia McCabe said Tuesday. McCabe informed the Board of Carroll County Commissioners of the school system’s intentions during an operating budget meeting.
