Danish beer giant Carlsberg Group, which owns the production company Švyturės–Utenos alų in Lithuania, will take over the production and distribution of PepsiCo products in five countries, including Lithuania, from Danish Royal Unibrew, which controls the Kalnapilis–Tauros Group, in three years.
