GREATER LONDON, ENGLAND, JUL 29 – Card Factory’s £24 million acquisition of Funky Pigeon aims to boost online sales using Funky Pigeon’s technology and fulfilment, making Card Factory the UK’s second-largest online card retailer.
- Today, Card Factory announced it will acquire Funky Pigeon from WH Smith plc for £24 million in cash.
