Carbon balance of the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games: half-tone performances

The Office of the Commissioner-General for Sustainable Development provides its analysis of the carbon emissions of the Olympic Games in Paris. While the comparison with those in London or Rio is favourable, its record is still worse than expected.
